 I know it’s possible 

My body does not fit into society’s idea of “normal”.
I am queer, neurodivergent, and live with chronic fatigue. I spent most of my life trying to function “normally”- at the expense of my body.

Long story short, living how I was “supposed to” made me miserable. It wasn’t until I started listening to my body that I felt real relief from the physical and mental symptoms interrupting my life.
