Being in your body doesn’t
have to be so f*cking
uncomfortable!
your body isn’t
the problem
being taught to disregard your body is the problem.
Since kindergarten you’ve been taught to ignore cues from your body.
Hungry? → Wait until lunch.
Tired? → Sleep when you’re dead.
Sick? → Work is more important.
After years of being ignored, your body resorts to using discomfort to get your attention. This often looks like anxiety, depression, or unexplained chronic pain. Luckily, it’s never too late to start listening again. I use Somatic Experiencing® (SE) to help you turn discomfort into information that will change your life.

I can help you be more
comfy in your body
I help entrepreneurs and healers access information from their body to identify un-met needs and un-set boundaries to create comfier business and marketing practices.
I support artists and designers wanting more access to flow state by teaching them an embodied design process which centers bodily comfort.
I teach professionals in high stress industries how to turn information from their bodies into sustainable self care practices that help them be more comfy.
I know it’s possible
My body does not fit into society’s idea of “normal”. I am queer, neurodivergent, and live with chronic fatigue. I spent most of my life trying to function “normally”- at the expense of my body.
Long story short, living how I was “supposed to” made me miserable. It wasn’t until I started listening to my body that I felt real relief from the physical and mental symptoms interrupting my life.
