REFUNDS

Individual sessions may be rescheduled at no extra cost if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, but will not be refunded. No call no show appointments may not be rescheduled and will not be refunded.

There are no refunds for any groups or workshops with extended payment plans or payment periods if the customer decides to quit participation before completing the group or workshop.

CANCELLATIONS

Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If so, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Long terms offerings such as groups or workshops with extended payment plans or payment periods may not be cancelled. If you sign up for a subscription payment or payment plan you are obligated to fulfill the payment in full.
